Nesta Plus is a writer, father and lifelong student of what it means to take meaningful ownership of a life. His work draws upon years spent rebuilding across countries, professions and changing responsibilities, exploring identity, discipline, work, money, health and the inner foundations of freedom.

He writes not as an expert who has completed the journey, but as a traveller who is still learning, questioning and becoming.
